5Been using this for years. Only ever had the unflavoured version as it usually just goes in my post workout whey shake so already flavoured. It doesn't dissolve very well so ensure you keep mixing as you consume. Creatine is arguably the most researched and backed supplement. Creapure is the purest and most unadulterated version and at this price you really can't go wrong. Goes Well With:Whey

5Tried various types of creatine for each of the cycles required from the creatine glutonate to the creatine monohydrate and the creatine creapture has worked the best for me. I've noticed recent energy bursts before going in the gym and general size increases throughout its cycle, highly recommended!Goes Well With:Mixes well with protein shakes
