4I have used this product for sometime now on and off and I always notice a difference when I start using it.

Unflavoured-
4Its not a bad taste, I mix it in with my vanilla protein shake, it mixes around about 75% but you can't taste it mixed in with your shake. It makes me a little bloated though, which I'm not sure if that's common or maybe it's just me? Defo does the job its supposed to though and that's the main thing.Goes Well With:I mix it in with my vanilla protein shake

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
5I recommend to go with the unflavoured option. I just use it with recovery blend, cause trying to mix it with just water is not that easy.Goes Well With:any protein blend

Cracking Creatine
5Best form of creatine, no loading and pure high quality. Great way to try the well documented results. If you have not tried creatine yet then get this, you cannot buy better. You don't need all that fancy stuff, i tried it and the results of this match everything i tried, Just make sure you keep the water intake up. I put it with my Isolate and greek yogurt, tasteless and no gritty texture.
