Simple way to take Creatine
5Used to use the powdered form which was much cheaper, but found I wasn't always taking it. This has made my supplementation much more consistent. I don't have any issue with the size. They are bigger than most tablets, but I can take 3, alongside a multivitamin, fish oil capsule and enzyme and do this in one go. Great price when you use a Instagram sponsors discount.Goes Well With:I would say to make sure you take with water, they are big and not smooth edged

Easy to use for the most part
5If your reading this review debating whether to buy this product but your not the best at swallowing tablets do not buy this product, buy the powder. for me personally i manage to swallow them but when i first took them i did struggle because they are a powder tablet (not the smooth type i was used to taking) and are quite “rigid”, i don’t know that’s the best word i could think to describe them. but other than that they have been quite pleasant, no bad taste, quick and easy to use and great results. i’m already hitting PRs quicker than usual.Goes Well With:orange juice as it’s easier than water
