5It's helped me to get the boost when I hit the gym, I am a person who goes to the GYM 4 days a week and in those 4 days, I want to get my maximum output. Creatine Monohydrate Tablets so far helps me to achieve that. Only one down point is it's difficult to swallow.

HUGE TABLETS
3I’ve not noticed any change in my energy levels or “gains” so to speak with taking these, however I have not been taking them long. But I have to say, they are terribly hard to swallow. The size of them is huge. Now I can easily swallow regular tablets e.g paracetamol but these are 5 times the size of paracetamol! They need to be made smaller! It’s impossible to swallow. I have to bite mine in half to be able to swallow without choking.
