"Just orderd my second batch of the mono. iv2e tried other pure monos from leading brands and this stands up to them in quality, but beats hands down in price and value for money.... im getting twice the net weight of mono for atleast £10 cheaper... and finally a flavourless mono that is actually flavourless rather than tasting like chemicals in water, defo great stuff.\n \nValler"

this is the first time ive used creatine and i must say it is a lot better than i though. my energy has increased and it doesnt have a chalky taste (my mate is always complaining about how chalky his creatine is that is made by another brand). so it is all good

"Average loading dosage is around 20g for 5 days (split into 3 servings per day). After that maintain with 3-5g a day. Check out the forums here and look around online for some extra advice, but that appears to be the average. I'll be ordering some creatine myself shortly, though think I'm going to lean more towards the CEE or Creapure."

2 questions about it how much water are you supposed to mix it with? and also is it best to take it after you train or before?

I have been usin creatine for a week now n although i cant deny it has increased my lean tissue size strength and stamina quite remarkably i am quite worried as i have had a stiff jaw and dizziness for about 30 minutes after taking it!! hopefully now that ive finished the loading stage this will go away.. has any1 else experienced this?? ova than that i cant fault it :)................
