Great Results!
5Getting really great results from using this. Did loading phase and now down to 5gs a day. Makes 250gs go a long way for the money. No issues with taste or mixability. I just add it to my first protein shake of the day. Excellent all round!Goes Well With:Whey protein

4I love how it dissolves easily in water and mixes well with shakes. I usually take this at least 30 mins before my workout or in between my workouts and I can see the improvements in energy.Goes Well With:Water and protein shakes

5Mixes with everything, i tend to have 5g with my morning yoghurt mixed and a further 5g mixed with whatever im drinking at the gym. Only advice to new takers be wary taking 10g at once as youll be abit bloaty and windy. No awful taste and good cost from my protein

Definitely Puts size on
4Been off creatine for a while, thought I would go back on it. Beleive me when i say that the results have been insane. Considering that i have been eating in a minor surplus with the creatine, the scales have made more progress than usual. Muscle definition has increased, due to the water retention. Overall if you know how to use this effectively, you will definitely increase muscle size.Goes Well With:Water Pre-workout blend Morning shake
