5I’ve been taking MyProtein Creatine Monohydrate now for around 6 months I think. I’ve always been cautious of any supplements when it comes to working out. But upon doing my research I realised there is very little risk providing you’re healthy and drink plenty of fluids. The benefits I’ve had from taking this supplement have been phenomenal. It’s massively pushed my muscle development in recent months. It’s easy to take with no break in your daily routines. Only thing I would suggest is if you’re Type 1 Diabetic like myself, stick to the non-flavoured variants. I noticed the flavoured options have a much greater effect on my sugar levels. Not a negative just something to bare in mind.Goes Well With:It’s easy enough to take with water but I find with a bit of orange squash is much nicer

4When I first got the creatine I decided I wanted to do a loading phase and so I had to take 4 scoops each day. This didn’t taste the best when I was dry scooping it but now when mixed with water the taste doesn’t occur. It has been around 2-3weeks since I’ve had creatine and I can definitely tell a difference in the size I have put on. Also, on the last few reps I can definitely tell an improvement. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Water or my protein clear whey.
