What a difference
5My partner and I were just using protein but after adding this to our shakes it’s made such a difference. I can’t comment on everybody's experience but we are both quite skinny and find it hard to bulk and this has just made everything so much easier. We just add the unflavoured powder to our normal protein shakes. Going to try a flavoured one next. Goes Well With:Whey protein in unflavoured option

Used for its Function
5My son used this product for tissue recovery (I think!), he’s been taking it for some years and it’s always in his repeat order. Because it’s a loyal product, it must do what it’s supposed to otherwise he would buy elsewhere Goes Well With:Whey protein

Very tasty
5Its very tasty good to drink creatine. Has very good flavour its like drinking juice. I have powered up like crazy on the bench press. On week four after loading phase i jumped up by 10kg in bench press and now on week 8 i finally hit 100kg where at the beginning i only hit 70. My body weight is 86. First time trying creatine and would highly recommend.
