Simple and affordable
5I get the unflavoured one and mix it into my EAAs when I train, on a rest day I just mix it with some squash but it is literally unflavoured so you could easily drink it with water. Mixes fine especially in a shaker but also just in a glass. I like single ingredient supplements, so I'm happy. As for effectiveness I've been taking 5g creatine daily for so long it's hard to comment, but I do remember a boost in muscular endurance after about 3 weeks when I first started taking it. I dread to imagine if I lost any if I stopped, so I just take it continuously!Goes Well With:EAA, plain water, squash, clear whey

Does the job
4I've been taking this daily for about two weeks and I've noticed some real changes, notably my recovery time is faster and I'm lifting slightly heavier already. I mix a scoop with about 100 ml of double concentrate squash and neck it because it doesn't mix well with my clear protein. Other people at my gym say they don't have this problem, but I use the vegan clear so that might be the difference. Would still recommend though! Goes Well With:Juice (just get it down you)

Great supplement
5Great supplement, mixes really well - I don’t notice it at all when mixed with something, even water. Works really well too, very noticeable in burst motions.
