Creatine Monohydrate
5Since I have been having Creatine Monohydrate I have noticed a big difference in my workout at the gym and the strength I have. I always recommend it to my friends and family, it is such a good website with good products. I will be using you a lot more in the future.

No effects.
1To start with, these Creatine Monohydrate tablets are far too big for a pleasant swallowing experience. Even in half they are difficult. Aside from that, the big question is, do they work? The answer is a resounding no. After using the entire tub I can say I felt no effects on energy, strength, pump, endurance etc. Nothing, nothing at all. I'm almost convinced I was sent some kind of placebo test sample made of sugar, because that's what it tasted like and it had as much effect as sugar. These were a complete waste of money.

really easy, great product
5I have no issue with tablets, swallow three of these at a time no problems. Very easy just wake up and sling some down and then off to the gym! I have used creatine for a long time and found these to as effective as my last lot from a different site if not better. Sad to see them out of stock will be ordering more as soon as they are back in!Goes Well With:Instant oats + whey

5My advice to anyone that struggles with large tablets would be to let it dissolve in your mouth. I take a gulp of water and then pop the tablet in, let it dissolve on my mouth and swallow it. Creatine Monohydrate tastes fine and has no lumps! It's a decent supplement and you can see the results fast.

"The Tablets are properly big, I mean i don't know if its largely just down to the protein or if its this aswell, but i've had good results recently. if you struggle with large tablets these probably arn't for you, there ok but im gonna get some powdered and just chuck it in my shakes save me the bother of having to swallow these, works out a bit cheaper anyway."

"Excellent product for piling on lean muscle mass, but beware of face bloat, due to water retention, hence, best taken on training days only. 2 tablets with pre-training meal and 2 with post-training meal. In 6 weeks, gains of 14lbs achieved. Also, deadlift increased from 150kg, to 175kg for 8 reps, decline bench from 100kg to 120kg"

"An absloute amazing product saw results after 3 days in what I was able to not only lift but I could also lift a lot more than usual, every is complaining about the size of the tablet however like them as first I was taking them whole as yes gaged a lot however I started breaking the tablets in half which then solves the problem. (it's like a headache tablet once snapped thus a lot easier to swallow)"

"Great product, I prefer taking the tablet form of creatine as there is no messing around and bad tastes! Stacked on muscle and feel really energetic thus promoting my lifting. Cant asked for any more."

"I bought this product to help with my lifts (as I am doing heavy weights - Max OT) for which it seems to be working. The only issue I have it the tablets are big which isn't a problem in itself, the problem comes when you place it in your mouth as before you get chance you drink water and try and get the tablet swallowed it starts to come apart. This causes me to sometime gag, so I tried mixing it into my protein shake which was worse as it left it all in the bottom as it seems to not dissolve into the water. Overall it works for what you want but I think it needs to be houses in a capsule rather than pressed powder. "

so ive had this product for a few weeks now and have gone through he loading stages and then maintenance. I can see an increase in my muscle sizes already but I don't know if that is because ive been working out harder recently. The main improvement I can see is my strength and power when doing more weight and more reps; from using this stuff I can definitely push out extra reps! #feelinggood
