Capsules of Strength: Big in Size, Bigger in Performance
5I've been a loyal user of these Creatine Monohydrate Capsules for several years now, and I can confidently say they've consistently delivered fantastic results. Each time I take them, I notice a remarkable improvement in my strength gains and a much faster recovery post-workout. Additionally, they help in reducing fatigue, allowing me to train harder and longer. One point to note, which isn't really a downside, is the size of the tablets. They are quite large, so if you generally find it challenging to swallow pills, you might need a bit of adjustment. But given the benefits I've experienced, this is a minor issue in comparison. Overall, these capsules are a game-changer for anyone serious about their fitness journey.

Poor cow
5Had 3 of these before a workout. When came to, I was in a field with an unconscious Highland cattle and a sore hand.Goes Well With:Dumbells lots and lots of dumbells

Great stuff
5I’ve previously tried creatine in powdered form, however was skeptical of the way it dissolved (it didn’t) so I moved onto tablet form as it was less time consuming but still had the same effects as the powder version. I take mine with water first thing in the morning. There is no taste however they aren’t designed to have taste.Goes Well With:Water or any other liquid (edible of course)

Seems to bulk out
5Water is a must with this stuff! For the product to work and for your own health because you will be dryer than the sahara without water! Seems to be working to help bulk out, previously used powder but forget to use it sometimes so capsules were easier to take alongside other MP supplements. Would recommend to anyone looking for the extra pump looks, and physical performance wiseGoes Well With:Water
