Tablets are too big!
1Just a pre-warning, if you're not amazing at swallowing tablets, these aren't for you! They are absolutely enormous! I can't tell you if they're effective or not because I haven't yet managed to swallow them without choking. Probably easier to stick to powder...

Class stuff, easy to get down
5Honestly it is what it looks like, it’s just creatine pills but they do seem to work and in my opinion are easier to get down than a bitty drink but I’d recommend taking it in two goes if your taking 5g or more cause the pills are big. Other than that it’s as simple as taking a pill, not to mention you get 250 in a tub which makes things a lot easier and cheaper. Goes Well With:Body dysmorphia and no gag reflexes

5I've been a loyal user of these Creatine Monohydrate Capsules for several years now, and I can confidently say they've consistently delivered fantastic results. Each time I take them, I notice a remarkable improvement in my strength gains and a much faster recovery post-workout. Additionally, they help in reducing fatigue, allowing me to train harder and longer. One point to note, which isn't really a downside, is the size of the tablets. They are quite large, so if you generally find it challenging to swallow pills, you might need a bit of adjustment. But given the benefits I've experienced, this is a minor issue in comparison. Overall, these capsules are a game-changer for anyone serious about their fitness journey.

Poor cow
5Had 3 of these before a workout. When came to, I was in a field with an unconscious Highland cattle and a sore hand.Goes Well With:Dumbells lots and lots of dumbells
