Effective but big!
4Creatine is a brilliant supplement from my protein, I’ve been taking it for 4 years + now, it helps me with powerlifting and the explosiveness needed for the big 3 lifts, but unfortunately the tablets are quite big, but once gotten used to they’re fine! Goes Well With:Water

Much easier to take than the powders.
5Much easier and more convenient to take the traditional powders. The table is chalky and about the same size as a normal fish oil tablet, so quite easy to swallow. If you struggle with it, the tablet snaps in half with ease. I've just finished the first week on this, no real difference noticed but it is early days. you do get a slight boost but nothing that noticeable, Goes Well With:Water

5This is some really good stuff every time I work out feels like I’m on crack lol. I see these stupid reviews and people saying they can’t swallow it then use some water u daft tool. Would recommend Goes Well With:Protein

CHOKING HAZARD
1These tablets are miles to big to be taken these need pulled and made smaller ASAP before someone chokes to death. Currently got one lodged in my throat and been there for the past hour and half!! Stay away from these folks unless you plan on breaking them up in to smaller pieces or take the risk!Goes Well With:Blender or bin bag

Simple way to take Creatine
5Used to use the powdered form which was much cheaper, but found I wasn't always taking it. This has made my supplementation much more consistent. I don't have any issue with the size. They are bigger than most tablets, but I can take 3, alongside a multivitamin, fish oil capsule and enzyme and do this in one go. Great price when you use a Instagram sponsors discount.Goes Well With:I would say to make sure you take with water, they are big and not smooth edged

5I bought this for my sons as they are going to the gym to build up muscle. They have noticed a big difference.Goes Well With:Compact whey protein powder either used with milk or water after the gym.
