Good Creatine
4My body responds pretty well to this supplement, but the dosage per capsule is only 700mg of creatine. This results in the necessarity to take 7 capsules all at once to get your approx. 5g of creatine. This makes it a bit inconvenient. The Creatine Monohydrate capsules could be a good alternative, since you only have to swallow 5 of them, they are cheaper and at least my body responds well to them as well.Goes Well With:Whey, BCAA, carbs

5Only just started to take these creapure pills, however results so far are very encouraging so I am looking forward to completing the cycle and see what developments have occurred.

1Been taking these with T Matrix and I've had zero results unfortunately. I haven't noticed any difference in strength or gains. I took 14 of these a day. Seven in the morning and seven late afternoon. I guess they didn't agree with me which is a shame.
