MP MAX Creapure Micronized Creatine
4Excellent product with definite improvements in lifting performance. Only let down is the quantity of tablets taken per day and size of each capsule is rather large. Now trying Kre-Alkaline as less tablets required per day and no loading phase. If no improvement seen I would happily go back to these. Top Product!

Big tabs
5Really big tablets to swallow but very effective , you can also just open them and put in ur drink but for easiness these are great Bare in mind u have to swallow 7 for your 5g a day thoughGoes Well With:Water

5This is by far the best creatine supplement I've used. I've tried many different types of creatine from powders to tablets and this is by far the most effective in my opinion... they're a little more expensive but well worth it!

Good Results
5I've been using this for a little over 2 weeks and I can say that I have definitely noticed a difference, more strength when in the gym, more endurance when in there so I workout for longer and increased energy to make me go in the first place rather than end up not bothering, going home and chilling out instead. I've been going consistently when on this product and really do feel it is helping, energy and strength wise. The large number of capsules can be inconvenient at first but when you get the nack of swallowing 7 at once, its easy. I just take 7 when i get up and 7 when Im home from the gym. Probably would be best to take 7 just before work out, but that's just inconvenient for me to bring them to work (as i go straight from work) so they are by my bedside table and therefore never forget to take them when I'm supposed to. Works for me! Would recommend.

4I have seen a massive improvement in my physique in just a month, I am really happy with creatine and I would recommend it to anyone it's not expensive and it does what is says it does.

great value for money!
5Great product, I have seen good strength gains and it has aided me in putting on lean mass. I have used O.N products for the last two years as they have in my opinion a better quality of ingredients in there full range. I have now change to myprotein as you get the same high quality but have have to pay the premium price.

Get Swolen
5Stocked up on 4 bottles of this stuff! Speaks for its self. Tried Kre-Alkalyn and Mono to little effect. But this stuff fills me out like nothing else. Worth it's weight in gold. Helped me gain 6lbs of lean muscle in 2 months.Goes Well With:Heavy ass weight!
