Joint Pain Improved
5After taking them consistently I have noticed an improvement in my joints. They don't get sore like they used to after/during workouts. And they're cheaper here than most places so... Can't complain. Will definitely buy again!

protein meal replacement
5MY missus and myself both use this, very good taste and mixes extremely well with water or semi skimmed milk. I find it keeps me going for around 3 hours with milk, the missus a little longer. If you have light training aswell there will be no stopping you to meet your goals.Goes Well With:water or milk

A Must at 40!!
5Fast approaching 40 and feeling lots of niggles so decided to do as my old Nan did and take a daily cos liver oil which she swore by. Honestly feeling the benefit and it’s now a daily fixture. Goes Well With:Alpha Man Multivitamin

AMAZING
5I'm a honestly so happy with these tables they are Easy to take and don't leave a horrible aftertaste like many others. The effects of the cod liver oil are really starting to shows and I will definitely be buying again

4Arrived on time, don't really mix it with anything or bite into it to taste it, however the effect it has on you is very noticeable. Definitely worth the price.Goes Well With:Water or juice to help swallow
