"I quite like it's taste although I think one could have too much, but then I also like the unflavoured Soya protein and I've never been keen on the taste of dairy.

It's a light powder which floats on the air. At the moment I only have about 20g per dose and I mix it in a beaker with warm water and stir it with a spoon and it mixes easily enough to not need the electric hand held blender. It settles out in the beaker after a minute or so and needs a swill or re-stir. I either just glug it down or pour in my porridge.

It's a lot heavier than whey and so a scoop holds rather a lot more protein for it's size. I was having too much initially when I swapped over from Whey which I did as it's not organic (is it?) and I wanted to avoid the undesirable stuff that non- organic farmers add to the cows and their feed."
