First impressions
5I was a little Sceptical about mixing it with water and thought the consistency wouldn’t be very thick, I was wrong. I added the recommended 4 scoops to the water in a blender bottle and gave it a good shake. It mixed perfectly with no lumps and was a lot thicker than I expected and tasted pretty good (chocolate flavour). I had it for breakfast and It kept me from feeling hungry up until lunchtime. Going to try mixing it with chilled water next as I think it will taste really good cold! Goes Well With:Water

Great Product For Breakfast
5Just given BeNu a chance as often I don't have the chance to make breakfast early in the morning. The chocolate flavour tastes great and is so easy for me at silly o'clock when I need to shoot off!

It’s okay.
4Bought the chocolate flavour. First couple of servings gave a really poor mixture, a grainy, bitty texture, using the smart shaker. It mixed much better with a blender but still couldn’t get rid of that slight grainy residue. It’s creamier than I thought, even with water. The taste is okay, not quite as desserty/indulgent as normal protein shakes. Good macro balance, 400kcal per serving so I’m getting 1200 kcal a day on 3 servings. Couldn’t say if it’s having a positive effect on me as I’ve only been taking them for a few days, but they do feel me up and I have found myself eating less. Great if you’re on a hard calorie deficit or even needing extra calories at the end of the day.Goes Well With:Water, as per instructions. Would work with a milk alternative like almond.

Foul
1Mixed this in a power blender to make it as well combined as possible, was still gritty and the taste is pretty poor - overwhelming pea protein flavour. About 15 minutes after eating it my stomach making me feel like it wants to eject it straight back out into the toilet. Goes Well With:plastic bucket

Avoid vanilla
3The product itself isn't too bad, good quality shake and content, but the vanilla flavour isn't particularly palatable. Not sure whether the choc or others are much better but I definitely found myself struggling without mixing in other flavours. Goes Well With:Oat milk ; coconut milk

AMMMAAAZZZINGGG
5I don’t normally write reviews but I had to with this one. The vanilla is incredible. I’m not one who likes powder and water, but this tastes great. And for someone who has to work early, and doesn’t get time to eat in the morning - this literally keeps me full until I can have lunch. Highly recommend

Taste
3Not sure who writes some of the other reviews here but I bought vanilla flavour so can’t say anything about other flavours, But it’s not the best tasting shake I’ve ever had and I’ve bought lots from my protein over the years! It has that overwhelming powdered oat. Flavour! Can’t say anything about effectiveness have only just started using it.

Cake cake cake
4First time purchasing this product. Didn’t mix well in the shaker so was very bitty but drinkable. Second time mixed in the blender and a lot smoother. If you like cake mix you will like this as it rates just like it 😋 Only second time meal serving so not sure about any benefits as yet but fingers crossed. Goes Well With:Water

Not bad at all
4Ok so tried the chocolate shake , mixes ok in a blender, taste is ok but hope other flavours are better. Not so keen on water for mixing , almond milk for me but that's just personal preference. Good range of macros with this one. Easy to alternate between a meal and a snack . Early days but so far not too bad. Goes Well With: Almond milk.

Did not dissapoint!
5I have bought from MyP for the last year and mainly use meal replacements, saw the BeNu and thought I would give it a try! This tastes really lovely and smooth and I added a few ice cubes to my morning 'coffee' and it was so filling and tasty, will definitely be re-purchasing!
