Good post workout supplement
4Use this post workout to replenish lost glycogen's, seems to aid recovery, great value alternative to Optimum Nutrition Waxy Maize. Taste is a little odd but nothing too peculiar...Goes Well With:Water, protein shake etc.

5I was amazed at the mixability of this product. Given that it has "starch" in its name, I was prepared for a gooey, thick and difficult-to-swallow mixture. But happily I was wrong about that! Two scoops of this in my post-workout shake dissolves in seconds with just a few good shakes, and the shake remains easy to swallow as ever. Great product!

5I was a bit dubious about buying this at first as it appeared to be a 'magical substance'. I used this for three months and after this period I loaded on 16lbs of mass! At first I was producing around 1/2lbs per week. This is a great post-workout supplement, add 2.5 scoops to your protein shake. This works out around 500 Kcal 0g Fat 120G carbsGoes Well With:Protein shake

So far so good
4I ordered the Waxy Maize Starch on the advise of my Personal Trainer who uses it. The product arrived on time and is easy to use and mix with my protein shake. The taste is pretty good too! It's too early to tell the results as I have only been taking it for around a week, however the signs are encouraging.

great products and service
5I have been using "Myprotein" products for 4 years now. rotating different products in to help with a variety of different diets both during bulking and cutting cycles. They have a wide range of well engineered supplements and training aids that if you do the correct research can all play an essential role in achieving your training goals. I managed to fumble my way through different products with other supplement companies and reached my target weight of 18 stone by the age of 18. However I was not a very well shaped 18 stone. There was a lot of excess bulk and at the wrong angle you could mistake me for someone who had done very little if any training at all. I had been focused on just bulking and put on a lot of the wrong type of weight. Since using Myprotein supplements and reading up on all the helpful hints and dieting tips they provide on there website I am now 23 years of age and sitting comfortable at 21 stone 2 and have a body fat of just 12%. Thanks a lot to all the staff at Myprotein for all their help and guidance.
