Taurine

Taurine is ace! I really didn't believe the hype but since using it my workout has increased. I'm only 2 and a half weeks into my training but the effects so far are great! It's worth buying especially how cheap it is! When I first got my bag I thought I was duped because it tasted like salt, looks like salt but it's the real deal and works a treat!

Taurine Review

I've been using this Taurine for two weeks now. Since taking this I have noticed an immediate improvement in strength in the gym and recovery time. I usually have a 5 day cycle in the gym and 2 days off, but since taking it I've found each muscle group has recovered by the weekend and thus I've now started training 7 days a week - which is only going to lead to more gains. I started taking this at the same time as Beta Alanine, so I can't put it all down to Taurine, but using the two together has given me the biggest improvements in terms of performance I've had in ages. I can't comment on gains yet as it's only been 2 weeks but I'm definitely feeling good so far! This gets a thumbs up from me - a 20 year old white male.

Myprotein Taurine

I've used Myprotein Taurine as a pre-workout drink alongside caffeine and it doesn't do anything for me. I wasn't expecting much from it anyway but I haven't noticed any difference in focus or pump. I haven't used it as a sleeping aid as I have no problem with sleeping so i cant comment on its effectiveness in that way.

Great for deep sleep especially if you are a bit of an insomniac like me and are shattered by the end of the working week. Highly recommended. Just ordered more.

MP's directions state that you should be using the mini scoop, not the small one (these are two different products). I'm still going strong, weeks after receiving mine."

This product is brilliant. really make me feel GRRR. and yes that is a word now. But with the greatest of respect Dino Zakarya you appear to be a bit confused. A SMALL MP scoop is about 3g however a MINI MP scoop which is much smaller and blue will give a measurement of about 0.38g. Check it out in the accesories menu.
