Pleased with this product
5I didn't like the idea of a powder but now really pleased, no extras to bind and mostly no gelatin to swallow. It mixes well with protein powder so I can use it easily. I believe Citrate is the only way to go.Goes Well With:Protein powder and plant milk

Helps me sleep!
4Interesting one this - I read about magnesium making you sleep better so I thought I would put this to the test. I used my watch to monitor my sleep for a week then I did the same but taking the guided amount 1-2 hours before bed. So it seems that it definitely helps. My time asleep improved and I had more deep and REM sleep overall. For the price not a bad supplement to add to a healthy diet ! Goes Well With:Just throw it down with a bit of water. Doesn’t mix well but worth taking for the improved sleep.

Cheapest and best magnesium product
5An extremely cheap and effective source of magnesium. Worth noting that this product is trimagnesium dicitrate, a cheaper form of magnesium which isn't soluble in water — this means it's tasteless, although it's like drinking sand. Much better than the other bitter or metallic tasting forms.Goes Well With:Water

The good Magnesium
5I have bought this product. I use 2.5 g daily, works great to reduce muscle cramps and gives overall energy in both mind and body. I dislike magnesium as pills, so this is great. It doesn't mix 100%, but so what? Give it a stir and flush it down the hatch. It's worth it.Goes Well With:water, orange juice

Works if you know the chemistry
4This product is - I believe - Trimagnesium Citrate, it's a cheaper commercial form of Magnesium Citrate. It does give you more Magnesium per gram. The downside is that its solubility in PH neutral water is poor. My solution is to add 1/4 teaspoon Malic Acid (maybe a bid less) to each teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate. Gets rid of the taste and in hot water it dissolves completely.Goes Well With:Malic Acid

5Very reasonably priced, does what it says. I've been taking this product for about a year now and this is cheapest on market for quantity provided. As we get older women's bodys need more magnesium to support the nervous system. I've been sleeping better and it's helped with constipation too. Happy customer.

Vile taste
3Purchased this and had tried taking it with water but doesn't dissolve well so have to keep swilling glass with water to get full dosage but tastes absolutely vile. Tried as suggested by another reviewer with lemon squash but still tasted as vile. In the end i purchased a capping kit and capsules to make my own tablets :) Haven't been taking it long enough to give any benefits but at least i can take it now :)
