I've done fair bit reading up on this and I recommend this to any serious gym goer. It's best off mixed in to shakes as the taste aint the best!

Excellent product, I have been on a diet for seven weeks, during which time I have lost 10 kg. This amino acid has been one of the most important products on the diet. I still continue using it, during the bulk period. Excellent!

Great easy way to take this BCAA, mixes well and allows you to control serving size a lot easier than a capsule, the powder is very fine meaning when you open the bag you get a fine mist everywhere but it means it's very mixable

Better mixability

Myprotein seem to have changed the recipe for this amino acid to make it more mixable. The old stuff sat on top of the water and just kind of froths up, but the newest bag I've ordered mixes a lot easier.

Bad but good.

It's a necessity for any serious builder. The only downside is the repellent taste. Be warned.

"good price. But the ibcaa or bcaa should be at least a 4:1:1 ratio even a 6:1:1 to start with, so we wouldnt have to buy this on top. Shame really as all the evidence points towards 4:1:1 minimum. BUT would recommend this product to add to a 2:1:1 bcaa powder"

"Looks like synthetic talc weighs nothing and has the ability to float on water, tastes like plastic and is brilliant, I use it with L Glutamine and have had abreak for a week to check wether or not it's affective, and I can confirm it's good stuff, I choose to follow the spoon it in and quickly drink a fruity drink, namely a creatine pre work out drink that I use, but be warned it's so light, that if you take a breath or can't check point you swollow reflex, you will likely inhale the stuff, which is not a good idea. if not then mix it into a paste/shot of fruit drink/cordial. I also found it mix's with a shot of milk; likely due to the fat in milk. I get good focus and recovery in the gym and mixed with other amino's the general observation is that I see and feel an increase in my uptake of protien also."
