"I love this product, great for first thing in the morning, before and after the gym. Has a good amount of carbs so gives good amounts of energy. Great price, I've just bought another 5kg bag and I got one for free which is great. However I feel like the oats in this batch are not mixing nowhere near as well as the last one I had. Might have to use a blender which is a pain. Deffinately recommend it though"

"I brought this whilst it was on offer(10kg unflavoured for £9.99!!) due to all the reviews being so positive and great. But it hasn't quite lived up to expectations in my opinion. I've found it doesn't mix great and leaves a very sandy/grainy texture in your mouth, I almost feel like gagging whilst drinking the product. I think the reccomended amount of instant oats to liquid is ridiculous...it's far too thick! I've tried with water and with milk and with (Choc smooth) impact whey and that makes it slightly better. It's just not a very pleasant taste, hopefully i'll get used to it because I've got 10kg to get through now but if i'm honest I would not recommend. On a plus side, it does leave you feeling quite full (almost bloated) and full of energy which I suppose is what it's meant to do. If I could handle the taste then maybe it would be better but as it is I find it hard to take. Might try out a few different combinations with hot milk or honey and cinamon to try and mask the taste!"

"Used these oats for bulking as other brands are quite expensive for mass gainers and pwo etc. Just add to protein shake 3 times a day with a good clean diet and it does the trick. Also gives a bit of energy too as i take along with breakfast. Mixability is good, taste is just oaty and combined with training ive seen great results. Ordered my 3rd 5KG bag cant recommend enough!!! Very cost effective too, will continue ordering thanks MP!"

"I ordered 5kg of unflavored, I tried it with just water and it was awful, with milk it's not great but bearable. I'd suggest adding alot more liquid than is recommended, around 400ml at least otherwise it seems very gritty. I've also tried it with impact whey and it greatly improves the taste and leaves me feeling fuller with more energy."

"i have just bought this and find it like drinking cold porridge oats, a bit thinner but fine with milk its fine , iv tried what has been suggested 100 g with250ml milk and a scoop of creatine monhydrate , seems to be ok but i will something to make a wee but sweeter , "

Unflavoured doesn't taste great but gets the job done. 5 seconds displeasure - not really bothered. If u want strength and size then it's not gonna be easy so just do it! Mixes fine with water.

"Goes really well with my whey protein, and I also stick my daily creatine mono in with this all at once. Good with some Peanut Butter too, a good bulking shake."

"mixes great,price is great,taste is fine (i seriously do not know what all of the fuss is about,no wonder us brits have a rep as being moaners abroad) i use 3 scoops twice a day but not put much on at all so might increase to 4 scoops or take 3 times a day!"

"Never really been into using stuff already pre packed etc, but getting to the stage were needs must (and older) i am 6ft 3in and weigh 17stone, and i must admit this is a damn good product, in the morn before i go out, i throw it in the shaker with protein, acid, creatine and water, shake and neck it, i love it, and it actually does keep me going, very good delivery time aswell, Thank you A ++++++"
