The main reason I purchased dextrose is because of the seemingly brilliant low price. And I'm very glad I got some! It mixes perfectly with no issues at all and gets to work quickly giving a much needed energy boost. Really helps me go longer when working out! Will definitely be buying again.

Started to take this post-workout for 2 days and I have notice I have more energy around 10 minutes after drinking my shake. It taste sweet which is what you need after an intense session in the gym! Like other reviews say it adds weight to the shake and prevents lumps. I highly recommend this product as it is vital to repair your body.

"Quality stuff ive taken it in my post workout shake afew times now and the effects are amazing as other reviews suggest it makes you feel more ready for a workout than before you started. it does improve the mixability quite well adds alot of weight to the shake and prevents the small lumps that i commonly see. taste is very sweet and seems to thicken up the shake which isnt to my liking but not too much of a problem just add more water/less dextrose, worth a try at the price per kg."
