Great, good value but it is definitely not unflavoured
5I guess maybe L-Citrulline just has a strong taste of its own but I was really surprised as it is stated to be unflavour. Its a very sweet sour like a potent fresh lemonade. Its fine but I will definitely be experimenting with how best to use this as it makes my bcaa drink much less enjoyable, and I normally find it (berry burst) very nice.Goes Well With:Lots of water or something not very sweet.

scoop size?
4When I first opened this and saw the scoop size I literally laughed out loud. I had read via reviews previous that its quite small (dose is 7 and half scoops..lol) The scoop is basically the size of my little finger nail. If you have a spare scoop from myprotein creatine or any other number of supplements with the 'small grey scoop' that is the correct scoop size. 7and a half scoops with the clown scoop = one full scoop with the creatine scoop

Pre workout
4Gives you the extra ability to squeeze out those extra reps !! Better muscle recovery and less fatigue. Goes Well With:Pre work drink

5Good stuff, recommend using 5g of it to ensure efficacy (as only 3.33g of l-citrulline is part of the mixture), can use more if necessary! The only downside is it is very sweet which is to be expected with the malate.Goes Well With:L-Arginine and any pre-workout mix.

5Use it as a boost to power and endurance. I take a serve approx an hour prior to workout and seems to work well at increasing performance.

UNFLAVOURED, MY A**E!
4My first time trying this product and I was really surprised how sour in flavour it is. The benefits should outweigh the taste, but I'm going to have to experiment on what to mix it with.Goes Well With:REMAINS TO BE SEEN.

5I usually like to make my own pre workout as it's much better and cheaper than buying it. I used 8g Cit-Mal in mine and it really really helped. I could feel tingles (which I enjoy) and the product mixes easily. It's also very cheap.Goes Well With:Caffeine Tablets Vitamin B tablets Taurine Beta Alanine
