5Excellent resistance bands! Great for warm ups rotator cuff exercises for people with shoulder problems or just in general to strengthen your rotator cuffs. Great for bodybuilding/physique competitions back stage pump up also! They have a great range of flexibility, very durable. Great investment! Goes Well With:All the other resistance bands!

Res. Bands
5Love them! Have used them for multiple workouts to date ie Band assisted squats, assisted pull ups & also extra resistance on a seated shoulder press machine. They have yet to let me down. Highly recommend!!

Good sturdy bands
4Bought them for the purpose of assisting pull-ups when doing numerous sets of 8 + reps. Excellent for this purpose and also to be used for accomodative squats and deadlifts. A little strong for stretching I would suggest the lighter bands if their main purpose is for flexibility training.

A Great New Addition to a Workout
5These bands are amazing for multiple reasons. First of all, they are great value compared to other resistance bands. Secondly, they come in pairs unlike most brands. Thirdly the quality is amazing, they are very thick and durable. I own the red and the green bands. I bought them as an addition to try and spice up my routine as it was becoming a bit stale. My idea was to use the bands with a weight rather than just the bands by themselves.I thought I would use them for just a few exercises within my routine but now use them for about 50% as they are so versatile and provide a training stimulus like I haven't felt in a long time. Admittedly, I don't us the green ones a huge amount (I was a bit optimistic and thought these wouldn't provide much resistance) but do use them for some deadlift and squat variations. The red ones I use the most -bench press, shoulder press, rows. I've found using them during rows has been particularly beneficial as the biceps get a workout also due to having to help stabilize the bar. They're also great to finish off after a dropset. I will look to purchase the purple bands shortly. Can't recommend this product enough.Goes Well With:Versatility

5I purchased the red and purple bands to aid with calisthenics/ body weight training for assistance when practicing muscle ups and adding resistance for other moves. Seem very durable and well made and at a very good price. I like how they come as a pair where as on other sites it was more expensive just for one band. Overall great product.

5Have been using these in the gym for a while with my PT and decided to buy my own set as they are so versatile. It's like being able to carry a cable machines in my bag to use anytime. I actually take them to work with me. Quality wise.... my pt has had his set for ages and are in constant use both by himself and his clients so I know they are high quality.Goes Well With:Brilliant for home, work and going on holidays.

52x purple in use for a couple of weeks now and working well. Good price for a 2 pack too.
