Excellent purchase
5Great product. Great for exercising and can be used as you would use heavier weights. I have purchased the lower weight resistance band too and now use a combination of both for my workouts 👍

5Bit of an issue where they weren’t dispatched but this was addressed quickly and in a friendly manor by customer service. Bands are good quality, feel robust and make a great addition to home workout equipment.

Blue Resistance Bands
1One of the two bands snapped after the second use, which is frustrating. I’m 5 foot 10 and weight 87kgs so I’m not exactly the biggest person in the world either. Nearly lost an eye when it snapped as well! Not that that part is any fault of MyProtein at all.

5Great, perfect for pre-workout or sports warmup. You could do some exercises with them too, but depending on how advanced you are in your training or how much you lift you may need the larger size bands.
