5It came just as expected. You can do a lot of things with this such as assisted pull-ups, warmups and lots more. It’ll probably last long because the rubber is quite sturdy. I’m very happy with it.

Resistance bands
4Great use and rly strong to work with!! However, they were meant to be green and when they arrived they were dark grey and checked my order and I did order the green colour because that’s all that’s offered in this resistance. Other than that decent product.

5I love these I've got the red, purple and green ones, there good for stretching and exercise I also hang them from my pull-up bar for assisted pull-ups and kneeling crunches great product and good quality would definitely recommend

Resistance bands
4Overall good product. The elasticity of the band is durable and can be used with your workouts to add resistance - as the name states. It can also be used for warmups/stretching the muscles before exercising which really is beneficial. Would highly recommend to purchase :)
