5I use it in the gym and I do cheerleading and is great for getting more grip and hitting stunts and I do weight lifting and is great for grip on the bar Goes Well With:My sports cheerleading and weight lifting

4Better in every way than normal chalk. Easier to apply and less messy. It improves grip and makes your hands sweat less.

Liquid Chalk
5This little beauty is like heaven in a bottle. Bought the liquid chalk on Thursday received Friday as always excellent delivery by my protein and dpd! Tried this out in the gym on Friday and what can i say was lifting heavier grip was 100% better i was even asked 4/5 times where i got this from.... i think the bottle says it all anyways an excellent product by my protein and for the price even better 5*****Goes Well With:Peach Mango Bca

Great product, terrible packaging
4This product is second to none, a truly brilliant way to ensure you can use all of your grip strength with pulling exercises without worrying about hand sweat. However when it got delivered the lid was broken so I've since had to find a new container because otherwise it all would've solidified, not happy with that at all.

Excellent grip enhancer
5Allows you to ditch the straps thus inproving grip and forearm size. Cannot train without it now. I have suffered from sweaty palms in the past during the past - the extra grip does boost your confidence.

3Recently ordered Liquid Chalk, an awesome product that normally flies off the shelf in our supplement shop. On this occasion 2 pots were damaged in transit. The replacement policy at My Protein leaves a little to be desired. A photo of the damage was requested and I await a decision from a Manager whether they will replace. Customer Service 1 Star Product 5 Star Overall rating 3 Star

Does Exactly What it Says on the tin
5Good product and good price. For all those that train in commercial gyms this allows you to chalk up with out the mess. Spreads well and is fast drying. Goes Well With:deadlifts

Myprotein Liquid Chalk
5Cheap and works well! I decided to buy this after my gym banned everything but liquid chalk. Really impressed id seen it used before but never really thought anything of it and stuck to the traditional ways. but after trying it i would definitley recommend!
