don't waste your time
1By far the worst wrist wraps I've ever used. Quality Is very very poor. No where near tight enough. Elasticity is minimal at best. To make things worse the Velcro has now completely stopped working! Had to bin them after only 6 uses. Spend the extra 2-3 quid and get the better quality ones from other brands.Goes Well With:The bin

Stopped the aches and pains!
5I've recently started doing more crossfit-y style training, and my wrists always felt weak and were limiting my other lifts. These have really helped when going heavy, but try to avoid them every time you lift otherwise your wrists will never actually get stronger.Goes Well With:Heavy lifts

Myprotein wrist wraps
5Great wrist wraps to protect and support my joints, I have purchased cheaper ones on eBay before and now I have bought they I can feel the difference in the quality material and how it helps supports my physically I use them nearly everyday there great! Goes Well With:All heavy upper body lifting (bench press, shoulder press) Bicep curls

My wrist straps
4I own a pair of my protein wrist straps which are great and work really well, the only suggestion i can think of is the velcro strips could do with being wider to aid strength, and to stop them tearing away. But apart from that they are great. :-)

Highly recommend
5The wrist wraps can be used for anyone lifting heavy weight or just take care of the stability that your wrists give once you have worn these. I never use to have wrist probless. Late last year I experienced chronic pain on both my wristself. ..after purchasing these wrist wraps they have really helped. You don't have to wear them all the time. Only when lifting heavy.

Very effective
4I bought these wraps around a month ago and had problems with my wrist at the time,they sorted that out instantly and gave me so much extra support during lifts. Would highly recommend.

Wrist wraps = Saviour
5i'm very new to working out with heavy weights and straight away i was having issues with my wrists (a reoccurring injury) however i can say since getting these supports i haven't had any issues or aching pain. Gives you that extra bit of support and confidence to go a little heavier and really push yourself. Very please with them and would recommend to anyone who has the same issue.

Wrist wraps
5Two of my friends have them I tried them and they are really good I highly recommend them. I do competed cheerleading I use them all the time in training and I do weight lifting to and use them as well I couldn't be any more happy with them. Goes Well With:They go well with all sports I do cheerleading acronym mastics and weight lifting and all body weight exercises
