Stop wrist pain
5Whenever I was doing push exercises for chest or back my wrists weren't strong enough for the heavy weight and kept being pushed back and damaging them. With these I have enough support to be able to lift the heavy weight without injuring myself

5This product is very good, I recommend this if you tend to have wrist pains when working with heavy weight, the only problem is that the stiching where the elastic is attached can come off quite easily but apart from a really great product by myprotein.Goes Well With:Heavy low bar squats

Very good buy
5Found these to be very helpful especially when lifting heavy. Excellent price. These wrist wraps fit all size wrists and are very comfortable. I use them mainly for heavy pressing exercises such as bench press, incline, decline and shoulder presses. They help you lift more weight and get more reps in. Also work well for skullcrushers and barbell curls.Goes Well With:Heavy presses

Wrist straps
5Despite long term training and having dealt with a number of injuries, I've never looked at using specific wrist wraps. Over the past 6 months or so my wrists have given me a lot of discomfort especially when pressing dumb bells or barbells, especially when working at an incline. I decided to try out these wraps as they were cheap and if they offered no solution, it wasn't a mega bank buster. So far they've helped me stabilise the movement in my wrists a lot, the pain and strain on my wrist has gone down and my grip also feels improved as a result. Had read a few reviews questioning the resiliency of the wraps, but so far seem to be holding up really well. Would definitely recommend.

5Personally I think this is a great product, it increases your strength as it allows you to hold and push more weight. It's very durable and the Velcro is very good. I would strongly recommend these wrist straps to people who have trouble with their wrists and want that extra lift. #myproteinGoes Well With:"Getting them gains"

Perfect
5I got these wraps for push days for a little extra support. I don't have wrist pain but have small wrists and play a lot of golf so just wanted that extra support to protect them, especially on bench. They do the job perfectly
