Roller
5I purchased the Myprotein foam roller as I needed something firmer and wider than I already had, this is brilliant. The right height to roll my adductor muscle and apply pressure without squashing. Not always a pleasant feeling at the time of rolling but certainly feels good afterwards.

Rock and roll
4Was unsure , just another gimmick. It works always, had probs with my piriformis muscle , and iliotibial ligament. learnt how to use it on you tube. It works. I use it post ride , seems its cured my problem.

Great value for money
5You can't really go wrong with a foam roller at this price. This shorter version is easy to manoeuvre to roll away muscle stiffness especially the back.Goes Well With:Tired muscles

Little blue back saviour
5Having problems with your back? This is the thing for you. You just roll up and down on it. The relief off doing this, when your back cracks. It is just bliss. My partner gets knots in her calf's. She also uses this to loosen her calf. This is a 5☆

3I had this free with a minimum spend offer. My boyfriend has used it a few times after a workout. He commented that it was a good product and works relatively well but probably wouldn't have thought to just buy one had it not been in an offer. I think it would be more convenient to supply some instructions or references on a few ways it can be used though, but this is not really an issue as a google search will tell you what you need to know.
