4Soft and conforming. Not harsh like plastic core rollers, it's still very effective. Shame I lost it :(

Love it
5Bought this for myself... perfect size. Not forgetting great value for money. I’ve actually started using it to help with my siatica...what a relief as I’ve been climbing the walls the past few weeks.

Not sore like others I’ve tried.
4Well worth the money! Use this roller everyday now and my calves are very grateful. Muscles are not as tight as they used to be and have less reoccurrence of strains which is great !

long roller, soft surface
5The foam roller is softer than some of the rollers from other companies and I prefer this. Only downside is it`s too long and can barely fit in my gym bag. 30cm would probably be better for most ppl but I guess I can cut it to size if I really want to change it.

Roll the pain away
5Strong foam roller, perfect for extending / helping with the pain after leg day. It does the job, it's easy to store, is lightweight (important when you've got kids running around the house who might just grab it or tip it over) and yet firm enough to do what it needs to. I can't say I've ever tried another Foam Roller, but it's good to know that the standards of this one means I probably won't have to for a long time.

Great product
5Has aided in my recent recovery from several knee and thigh injuries and has enabled me to train harder giving the areas increased blood flow and decreasing my recovery time, would highly recommend this product, but next time will probably go for a dimpled roller.

Love this foam roller
5I bought this foam roller after using one the same in the gym. It is much better than the one I had previously had, as I prefer the smoother surface rather than a heavily dimpled one. It is more user friendly and the price was excellent too and with free delivery. Don't look elsewhere for a foam roller, this is all you'll need.

Does the trick nicely
5If you work hard in the gym (or outside of it running, biking etc) a foam roller is a must. It really does cut down recovery time, relaxes your muscles and gets the blood flowing. I use my myprotein roller after every session as part of my cool down and it was worked wonders over the last year or so. Of course, your muscles might still ache and you might still get DOMS (depending on how hard you've worked) but the foam roller has made a huge difference and has allowed me to train hard, more often. The myprotein one is particular good for it's quality, hardness, length and price. Get one you won't regret it.
