Super Product
5This is an amazing product. It's much bigger than expected, i thought it would be a wee hand sized item but its a decent size. This is great for using cold when the kids have grazes and bumps, and it's also great used hot for gym injuries, and period pains! Such a versatile product, and the cover is an added bonus. Amazing value for money :)Goes Well With:kids, gym injuries, painful periods.

Reasonable product-wasteful Myprotein packaging
3Ordered this to help treat an ongoing knee injury. Its cheap and cheerful (i.e. you get what you pay for) but it does the job. It's MUCH more effective than a bag of frozen peas!! My only concern is that the plastic bag containing the gel itself isn't especially thick and I wonder how much flexing it will withstand before the gel leaks (you have to be quite firm with it to flex/bend it round the knee joint for example when its frozen)- time will tell. My gripe however is the hugely wasteful way in which the product was packaged by Myprotein. The gel pack and holder are packed in a very slim cardboard box that could easily be slipped into a padded envelope for damage-free delivery. Instead I was greeted with a large cardboard box in which the slim cardboard box was inserted diagonally, surrounded by completely unnecessary plastic air bags. I'm no eco-warrior, but this sort of thing winds me up, as its totally unnecessary and irresponsible, as the vast majority of plastic packaging ends up in landfill. Myprotein should be taking their environmental responsibilities rather more seriously in my opinion!

Great Product
5I've recently been using this product for my elbows which i have hyper extended and i have got to say this is the best ice pack i've used. I really like how you have to oppurtunity to apply more pressure with minimal effort because of the support you get with the ice pack. Thanks a lot Myprotein. Yet again another great product from you!

4perfect nearly, the strap to hold the ice pack is very good, secure, comfortable. But the ice pack is a bit too solid, cant bend it around knee easily. I have to let it thaw a little 1st, well worth buying tho, does the job I need.

Gel packs
3Work brilliantly when heated, the steps are brilliant for holding in place (I use around my ankles both hot and cold). Really happy with these. One criticism is one of them burst at 90 seconds in the microwave on the 3rd use.

REALLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT
5Had this for a few weeks now, didn't expect it to be as big as it is for the money, used it hot and used it cold doesn't take long to get to the desired temperature that u want it. Easy to wrap around joints with the Velcro sleeve it comes in. Welllllll worth having around for those nggly injuries u can pick up.Goes Well With:A freezer and microwave

Ideal for swelling
5I bought this product, not for myself but for my elderly grandmother. Her leg was swollen and she needed a cold compress to strap to her leg as she's not able to elevate her legs due to disability. This is without a doubt the best support I've seen, especially for the price, and has helped her reduce the swelling on her leg. The gel pack and sleeve are much bigger than I imagined (11" x 4.5"), which was great as the area of swelling was quite significant. After seeing how great this product is, I think I'll be buying one for myself to cure my aches and pains after training.Goes Well With:Swelling

great product and very affordable
5I recently bought the hot/cold gel pack as I found that different heat pack I had bought in the pharmacy where awkward and difficult to keep on the sore area. The hot/cold gel is great as it is secured in a soft fabric sleeve with a adjustable Velcro strap. I used this heat pack on my lower back and it stayed in place due to the effectiveness of the Velcro stretch strap. With other heat packs sometimes the heat can become unbearable on the area. With the myprotein pack its inside the sleeve which has breathable holes and makes the pack comfortable and you don't need to take the pack off constantly because it gets to hot like with other heat packs. I would recommend this gel pack for anyone suffering from muscle soreness and want a heat pack that doesn't become unbearable after a few minutes

Hot/cold gel pack
3As a heat pack it works well but it doesn't stay warm for very long and that's going by the intructions on the pack. Not used as a cold pack yet
