5As getting older collagen get less and less so trying to put some back. Hopefully this works, only had a while so not sure yet.

Collagen capsules
5Collagen is one of the most abundant structural proteins found in our bodies, forming much of the connective tissue in our bodies, including skin, bones, skin, tendons and muscles. So I purchased collagen capsules because of my age nearly big 50 , I like the capsules because I can take them in a hurry with breakfast. Only been on a few weeks and my hair, nails skin feel better .
