Excellent
I was recommend to take collegen tablets by my nurse who is looking after my plantar facitis, as I was talking about my nails breaking, I have now been taking them for about 5 weeks and my nails are growing much stronger, and I have lots of new hair on my head growing, they are amazing, I will continue taking these for as long as possible, highly recommended.

Before I started to take collagen All my joints were cricking. I like long runs and it made huge difference in my knees and how long my recovery time lasts. 100% recommend!

I started taking these alongside a multivitamin daily, and after about a week and a half I had the most awful breakout I've ever had, but then once it cleared up, I've had the most flawless, gorgeous skin and hair I've ever had in my life. My friends have mentioned how shiny and glossy my skin looks nowadays, and how healthy my hair is (bearing in mind it's been fried from years of bleaching and dyeing) 10/10 cannot recommend enough, and really good price

Bought these mainly for joint health. I’ve been taking them together with Glucosamine and Cod liver oil so it’s difficult to actually tell what improvements I’ve had from collagen only. Taking all three together I have noticed less knee pain and less joint clicks. It’s not 100% gone but I’d say 80% improvement.

There's loads of collogen on the market now at high prices, these ones tho are a great price and a great product, I git these mainly for my joint pain, I do a lot of weight lifting and walking, for tge past year ive been limping and getting pain from right hip after a long walk (even wen just sat in chair or in bed). Which was hindering my performance in the gym...Just less than a week after taking these my pain has almost gone in hip and I no longer limp, also my hubbys lower back pain has eased... a bonus is my wrinkles are evening out under eyes, a few scars from the odd spot are disappearing and my nails have got a lot stronger, i work in a factory so nail breakage is often... not any more... im now 2 month in and have ordered more

Only been using these for 3 weeks and my skin is a bit clearer but the biggest difference is my hair- I've always had thin limp hair and it feels so much thicker and stronger AND my hairline is better as it's now filling in with baby hairs!

I’m not normally one for leaving a review but for these I just had to! I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and my skin is now looking and feeling amazing! It feels so fresh and plump. . I will definitely be buying more :)

I have been using collagen for about 3 years now but I find these capsules super convenient and absolutely fantastic! My hair has grown so long in such a short period and it's much shinier too! My nails are also so much stronger! Couldnt recommend highly enough!

I wasnt hoping for to much with these vitamins but was recommended to give them a bash as my knees have been really hurting after running ( I'm 39) I've been taking for a month alongside a healthy diet and have really noticed an improvement in how supple all my joints are now and I dont have half as much knee pain while I'm running ( I do short and long distance)

I have really weak knees but these capsules have made them so much better in lockdown, not lifted heavy so unsure how amazing they are but still better than they were. My nails seems to be growing faster and they’re not as thin as they used to be. I’ve also seen a little difference in my skin but not a massive amount. Overall I would recommend these.
