Stronger hair!
5I’ve been taking the collagen tablets for a year now. They’ve made such a difference to my hair. My hair grows much quicker now, and split ends are far less noticeable.

3I'm not sure how much difference these make, I can't find a time of day or way of taking them that doesn't upset my stomach, but I think they help my skin and joints so I keep trying

Fantastic product
5A friend suggested using collagen for my (painful) knee, this was caused by running. Now a have been running for at least 2 years pain free. I would recommend this to anyone. And not to forget the benefits for your skin and nails.
