Really good guide

This is a really good guide for your intake requirements. It’s all information available online but unless you know what you’re looking for then this guide is really worth buying. 4 stars as it could do with more content. Overall recommend buying to work out you intake requirements very simple to work out using this guide.

I normally hate the taste of protein shakes. Every time I have purchased one after reading raving reviews I’m usually quite disappointed that I didn’t feel the same and obviously if you don’t like the product then you’re less likely to drink it. Not with this one though. Bought the cranberry and raspberry flavour and it’s like drinking juice. No stodge, no powdery after taste. Definitely A MUST have!!

The program

I Love the program and how it’s set up into different sections focusing on what you should do to achieve your body goals . Each section is breaking down the information you need to know about your body , what exercises you should do for your own body type and the foods you should be eating focusing on your body goal. There is also a clear step by step instruction guide showing the exercises you could do, demonstrated by your very own personal trainer.  I really like the program. I would highly recommend.

Wherever you look there is always info about dieting to loose weight. For someone who wants to do the opposite, and build weight,  this guide is a great start to help me understand my food intake and how to make best use of the protein products that I have purchased.  I’m looking forward to trying out the suggested menu for the week. And to see some results in the future....
