Amazing
4I’ve been using these for about a month now and I’m already noticing a difference. Not as much in my hair but my skin is so much better.

Improved appearance.
5For months I had noticed my hair become super thin and brittle, lots of fallout when washing my hair also. I’ve just finished my first bottle of these, and have a new bottle arriving tomorrow. Already my hair has become so noticeably thicker and I’ve felt an improvement with how soft and manageable it is. I can now go 4 days without washing my hair and it still looking good on the 4th day. Also noticing lots of baby hairs where the new growth is coming through. Just purchased the biotin and retinol bundle to try alongside so I’ll see how I get on with those too.

Take after eating
3I find the taste super chemically and not super enjoyable but not really that fussed about them tasting bad if they work. The rest of the reviews vouch for them so excited to see how they work but definitely consume after eating as a nausea is no joke, maybe take separately to any other supplements you have.

4Thought I would try these as my skin, hair and nails could all do with the help. They taste nice, easy to eat 2 everyday. Might be too early to tell if they are working well but I have had a lot less spots that normal.

5I have had weak nails all my life. I tried this and have just finished my first 30 servings. They 100% work. I feel such a difference in my nails, they feel a lot tougher and they are so much longer too! With my second order I'm looking forward to seeing a difference in how my hair feels.

Amazing gummies
5I spend them for the first time in a month and I have seen a big difference in my hair is stronger and shinier and in my lashes are thicker and my nails are stronger. On my skin I have seen little difference in the face. They have a very nice taste, I spend them every morning with my breakfast. I also have a second bottle and I am very happy so I will take them again.
