To me it was a life changer. My digestion issues were mitigated significantly. From a test I have done, I was told I need HCL supplement. Using just a normal Hcl supplement wasn't as helpful. This product has a good amount of probiotics which seem to make a great combination. I'd take 1 capsules usually twice a day. Now after a while, even if I didn't manage to take it, the digestion remains smooth and more at ease.
