Convenient
4Very convenient to use, I take it along with biotin and retinol. Too early to comment on the effects but I will update in a few weeks!

Best you’ll get…
5Don’t buy powders that taste awful. Get these, 1 a day, I take them before bed to help musculoskeletal pain relief. This is what I find most beneficial about these, they have a bit of a pain killer effect as well as the other benefits of collagen. I trained mma for 10+ years and, for a non-painkiller, these have had the best pain killing result for my joints/muscles. This is like my 4th or 5th tub. Well worth the buy.

Improved texture of skin for sure
