Shake-up your wake-up with this healthy porridge recipe – perfect for that morning pick-me-up.

Superfood porridge is packed with powerful and nutritious ingredients including bee pollen, maca, green tea extract, flax and chia to help get your day started right!

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day – but why? Well, having a well-balanced breakfast delivers a steady source of energy over the morning. It also keeps your mental and physical performance in tip-top condition, meaning you can stay active and alert all morning.

Ingredients For Our Healthy Porridge Recipe

Toppings:
  • Small handful crushed cashews
  • 1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp. goji berries
  • 1 tbsp. Cacao Nibs
  • Drizzle Maple Syrup

Method

1. First, make up your superfood porridge. Add the sachet and 150-200ml milk or water to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.

2. Time to decorate! Simply sprinkle your toppings all over your superfood porridge in any which way you like and eat straight away for a deliciously healthy breakfast.
