It’s the perfect dessert for anyone looking to hit their protein target and satisfy that sweet tooth at the same time.
And it couldn’t be easier or quicker to prepare. Simply pop all your ingredients in and blend. Here's how to make Zack's high-protein sundae.Ingredients
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- Lots of ice
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein or Vegan alternative (Zack used Cookies & Cream flavour)
- 2 g xantham gum (optional — but makes it much creamier)(optional
- Drizzle low-cal chocolate sauce or syrup
Instructions
1.
Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2.
Pour into your favourite glass
3.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with extra M&Ms
