Regulary I am medium size but now they are bit too small...I would recommend size up!

I agree with previous reviews. The band on these shorts is TIGHT. I normally wear a medium and sized up to a large. The large fits but I honestly could have gone up to an XL for a more comfortable fit.

I love this style of short for running and these are comfortable and flattering. I am a size 8 and would normally buy a size small, however I sized up to a medium based on other reviews. Big mistake as the medium is just too big on the waist, so I will be returning them for a size small. I think size up if you're in between sizes, otherwise stick to your usual size.

Cute shorts but tight on the waist band

All the clothing from my protein I buy in a large fit me perfectly (I’m a size 14) these shorts although they fit really well in every other area the waist band was really tight. It’s a very thick elastic band which gave me the worst muffin top ever! I had to send them back. I think even the XL would have this problem as well which is a shame as I loved these shorts.
