Zinc is very easy to swallow, perfect if you have a poor immune system. The zinc tablets have helped me to use my protein better and I have noticed a difference.

This Zinc is a great product as I am dieting for a show. It is easy to take and lets you no what dose you are taking per tablet.

Myprotein Zinc is vital for my repair and recovery after my hard training sessions. I am an older trainer (but in competition shape). I owe at lot to Myprotein's zinc for maintaining my immune system.
