5Very effective and do exactly as they say on the bottle! Recommend this to anyone that wants a solution to that 'cheat meal regret'. I used this before any high starch meal and I feel it's helped me alot!

5I had read that carb/starch blockers prevent absorption but when food gets to the large intestine, the starches ferment, give off gas, and cause bloating and diarrhea. I have suffered none of this however I have been taking with MP's Psyllium husks to get dietary fiber in an otherwise low carb diet. Throw in 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and I am surprised how little an effect my cocktail of supplements is effecting regularity (to put it pleasantly)Goes Well With:Psyllium Husks

5I use this with carb heavy meals, and it works for sure. Excellent if your on a cut and want to treat yourself. Recommend. Goes Well With:L Carnitine powder, Mega green tea extract
