5Didn't expect these to work but they did exactly what it says on the tin. Great before starchy meals as I don't feel so bloated after. I even did a test to see if these pills really worked and didn't take them before a heavy starchy meal for 2 days and I definitely could see a difference (I felt heavier and sluggish and bloated). Follow exactly as advised and you'll see effects! Goes Well With:Water

4I ordered Carb Blockers and received White Kidney Bean extract instead. You need to focus on set meal times to help with taking this. I've been taking this for 2 weeks and am already noticing a small difference. Still maintain a balanced diet

Great product if u like starchy foods
5I dont use this product as much as my other supplements but feel they are really effective to use if i know im going to be eating quite a starchy meal. I think these will be more beneficial once im at a weight im happy with and start to introduce more carbs into my diet!Goes Well With:Thermopure, cla, green tea extract

Excellent jump start
5Well firstly I'd looked on the reviews and it was a little mixed, for the price thought I'd try it before my holiday! So the capsules them self have no taste and easy to swallow and no after taste (for me anyway), remembering to take them 20mins before food is something I struggled with but if you was a committed gym person sure it will be fine. Plan was to cut out as much alcohol and use these and the gym twice a week so 8 weeks down the line I've lost half a stone and can see my stomach is much flatter, granted cutting the alcohol out helped but these carb blockers really give me the kick start I needed even if people think it's all in your head! On my second tub now.Goes Well With:Thermapure

Early Days
3Only used the product for two weeks now, but have lost 5 lbs in that period. Could be down to the product, could not be. But will continue with it, certainly worth the experiment for the price.

Carb blocker - great product
5Bought these thinking they wouldnt do the job but wanted to give it a go anyway. Cant say anything bad about them. I take one before a carby meal and i dont feel heavily bloated or sluggish like i did when not taking the tablet. Highly reccommend this product. Especially if you are on a low carb diet (atkins) I found it hard eating carbs again because my body wasnt use to it. But these carbs blockers have helped so much with it. Goes Well With:High starch meals

Good I think
4I've been using this for 2 weeks now. I am currently on a shake diet which means I have 2 shakes as meal replacements per day plus 1 normal meal. Before each normal meal I take one of these pills. Not sure if it's working but it's not making me feel terrible. I think it will be a bit longer before I see any results.

Impressed
5Wasn't 100% sure that these would be any good when I bought them, but I've found they make a serious difference to the amount of weight you can drop on any diet but especially a low carb one. Very impressed with these and I will be re purchasing.

1I have never felt so weird, Very odd. May have worked but had to stop taking.
