Does the job
5BOOM! After having bloods done that showed I had b12 and folic below the normal range. I took these tablets for 4 months, 1 daily and had bloods taken recently that showed my b12 and folic are above the normal range. Unlike most other vitamins, B12 is stored in substantial amounts, mainly in the liver, until it is needed by the body. If a person stops consuming the vitamin, the body's stores of this vitamin usually take about 3 to 5 years to exhaust. Its time to change dosing to half tablet every 3 days. Goes Well With:Logic

5Been taking the b12 supplement for months now. And just got my blood results. And my doctor said they are normal. Brilliant results. And I've been vegan for 5 years now. And my meat eating friend has to have b12 injections from the doctor every month. So I recommend highly

5These are small, round, hard, flavourless tablets that are easy to swallow. They came well packaged and sealed. It's perhaps a bit fiddly to get only one tablet out the jar, but that's due to their small size, which can't be helped. Beyond that, there's not much to say!Goes Well With:A vegan or vegetarian diet.
