I bought this as I obviously need extra protein. I have a dairy allergy and finding a plant based alternative that doesn't taste awful, is not full of sugar and doesn't have an awful after taste is a challenge. I mix this with cold brew coffee and ice cubes in the morning and make myself a cold mocha. The fact that it is pre made and I dont have to dirty a blender is a huge plus for me.
