Handy sample size
5I recently had weight loss surgery and needed to find a vegan protein shake. I was recommended to look at myprotein. I ordered the sample sizes in all the flavours so I could pick and choose before I committed to any larger sizes. All the flavours have been great and the sample sizes are perfect for popping in my handbag when I’m out. Would definitely recommend. Goes Well With:I use Alpro soya milk to boost the protein content

5Great flavour and consistency. I mixed mine with porridge and added great texture and flavour. Would definitely use again ! Goes Well With:Fruit and oats

Buy if you like chalk
1This would be better off dusting your palms for weights rather than a protein source. Tastes rather chalky and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste due to the sweeteners. I'm a fan of other myprotein products but this is just a huge nope. Avoid. There are better options out there. Goes Well With:Water, just about. Not easy to mix.

Vegan protein powder
3Not the worse I've tried, I find it grainy but still it does the job. No bloating of my stomach or bad wind as I do with normal whey protein.

Favourite flavour of vegan protein
5I’ve had to change over from whey protein to vegan as I was having a reaction to whey. Out of all the vegan proteins I’ve tried this has got to be the best. A lot are quite grainy but not this one. Definitely recommend Goes Well With:Banana, blueberries, almond milk, peanut butter and chai seeds.

Vegan Protein Blend
3I bought three different flavour samples of the Vegan Protein Blend, to test out which I preferred before committing to buying a big bag. The flavours I tried were: White Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Peanut Caramel and Coffee and Walnut. I used the first two in my overnight oats and found that they had a distinctive taste that you tend to get with vegan protein, which I don't like! I had the Coffee and Walnut as a shake and that was tasty! I personally prefer the Soy Isolate (Salted Caramel), as I find that it doesn't have the odd taste that some vegan proteins do.

Good but can definitely taste it
4I got the unflavoured version but can for sure taste a powdery protein taste and it creates a thicker texture which I expected. I am very sensitive to taste/texture so I just add a little powder at a time and it works well.

Tasted horrible
1I tried the chocolate caramel flavour. The texture was pretty gritty and you could almost taste the pea protein. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. The clear vegan whey sample I tried was much better.
